Room Charges
All Private function rooms have a $250 hire charge.
This includes:
- Consultation with our function coordinator
- Planning and preparation by our function coordinator
- Private bar & wait staff/bar staff
- All cleaning costs
- Table linen, cutlery, crockery and glass wear
- Dancefloor available upon request
(Please note Trinity room uses the Limerick Bar)
Music
There are several options available for music:
- You may hire a DJ or Jukebox (recommendations can be made for these if you wish)
- You may organise a band (conditions apply)
- You may bring your own music ie MP3 player or cd player (please note you will need to provide your own speakers)
- You may like to have Rosie’s house music piped through to your function room via ceiling speakers. This is for background music only and music is a mixture of new and old played at random.
Accommodation
For those guests who would like the convenience of not having to drive home after your function:
- We have 17 fully restored heritage style accommodation rooms.
- Function guests get a discount on all room rates.
Extras
If you would like us to supply any extras like helium balloons or a cake please ask our function coordinator for more details. Of course you are very welcome to bring your own. Any other food is strictly forbidden to be brought onto the premises besides a cake.
