The Trinity Room Located on the first floor the Trinity is very popular for conferences, business seminars, wedding receptions, presentation nights and end of year Christmas dinners. The room is large, bright and air-condtioned for your comfort. Curtains can be drawn to ensure the room is dark if a projector is being used. There is a partition that can be closed for smaller group sizes so no corporate booking will be too small for this room. This room can cater for up to 80 people for a sit down meal and 30 for a boardroom or U-shape arrangement. Capacities for the Trinity room are: U-shape 30 people, Theatre style 80 people, Boardroom style 30 people, sit-down dinner 80 people, scattered tables (casual) 80 people. Click map for larger view. The Limerick Room & Balcony Located on the first floor this room has its own private bar and can cater for up to 50 for a sit down meal when being seated on the balcony, or up to 110 cocktail style (including the balcony). The large balcony outside the Limerick is user friendly at any time of the year. The Limerick is our most popular room for informal stand up occasions such as birthdays, sundowners, anniversaries, engagements and relaxed wedding receptions. Minimum 40 guests for casual functions in this room Capacities for the Limerick are: 30 people for meal indoors, 50 people for meal on balcony, casual function including entire balcony 110 people, U-shape 22 people, boardroom 20 people, theatre style 40 people. The Curragh Bar This room is beautifully presented with stained glass windows, jarrah trimmings decorative ceilings. As it contains its own bar it is most popular for sundowners and cocktail parties of up to 80 people, but can also easily cater for formal meals for up to 52. Located on the ground floor of the hotel this room also has the added advantage of easy access for guests who have difficulty with stairs, and is wheelchair accessible.
